This year’s cabaret will be taking place on Friday the 23rd of June, at 6.00pm at the Lakeside Banquet and Convention Centre. Tables seat 12 people and there is no restriction on the number of seats you can purchase.
Ticket’s cost $60.00 for adults and $40.00 for children. All dancers require a seat. These prices include a 3 course meal as well as beer, wine and softdrink. Children under 3 can sit on parent knees instead of paying for a ticket, but will not receive a meal if this option is chosen.
Please note, no prams are allowed inside the venue.
Tickets will go on sale on Monday the 22nd of May, between 5.00-7.00pm.
Ticket purchasers are welcome to line up prior to this time and tickets will be allocated on a first in first served basis.
In order to ensure ticket sales run smoothly and are not too time consuming for you, tickets will be sold by the following process:
- Families will need to bring an envelope with the correct amount of cash for the tickets required, or a cheque made out to HAYLEY TRASK.
- On this envelope must be written: the surnames of the families included, the number of adult tickets, the number of child tickets and any dietary requirements. Please also state if you require a high chair.
- Envelopes will be collected in order of arrival, with tables then being allocated best seating first.
If you cannot make the ticket sales on this date, envelopes can be handed in to dance teachers before or after this date. Please be aware that these envelopes will be provided with tables after all envelopes collected on the 16/05 are seated.

Cabaret rehearsal will take place on Wednesday the 21st of June, at Lakeside Banquet and Convention Centre.

If you are collecting your child from the venue, please ensure that you are early in case we are running ahead of schedule.
