About Us

About Bacchus Marsh Dance Studio

Founded in 1984 by Donna Mellis-Morrison, Bacchus Marsh Dance Studio is one of the oldest performing arts schools still running in the town today. Having danced at BMDS with Donna for almost 20 years, Hayley Inglis was able to make her dream a reality in 2016, purchasing the dance school and taking on the position of Principal. With Donna still teaching at BMDS and offering her ongoing expertise, the school aims to maintain its traditional goals of delivering exceptional dance training and providing a variety of opportunities for students to flourish as individuals.

Our key aims are to assist all individuals in developing confidence, harnessing creativity, enhancing fitness and creating friendships that will last a lifetime. With teaching staff that have a breadth of experience, both performing and teaching dance, it is our ambition to provide students with high quality dance training in an environment that offers the perfect combination of structure and FUN!

We offer classes in a range of styles for everyone from 2 years of age to adult, catering for all abilities.
